Paleo Barbecue Beef Burgers Recipe

These paleo barbecue beef burgers are a tasty and healthy take on a classic. These burgers, made with grass-fed beef and packed with flavor, are ideal for a summer cookout or a quick weeknight dinner.

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Combine the ground beef, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, diced red onion, and chopped parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make four equal-sized patties out of the mixture.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium-high.
  • Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until done.
  • Serve the burgers on lettuce leaves with sliced tomatoes on top.
