  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Rub the olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper into the Tomahawk steak.
  • Place the steak on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare.
  • While the steak is cooking, blanch the broccolini for 2-3 minutes in boiling water before transferring to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  • Take the steak out of the oven and set it aside for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the sliced steak with the broccolini blanched and the Paleo BBQ sauce.
