The ripe bananas, almond butter, and warm spices like cinnamon and vanilla extract make the bread moist, fluffy, and flavorful.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Coconut oil should be used to grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
