Paleo Banana Bread with Pecans and Chocolate Chips Recipe

This Paleo Banana Bread is a delicious and nutritious substitute for traditional banana bread. It's gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free, with the natural sweetness of ripe bananas and the crunch of chopped pecans and chocolate chips. It's ideal for breakfast or a snack at any time of day.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
  • Whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Stir together the dry and wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Combine the chopped pecans and chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  • Fill a greased loaf pan halfway with batter and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
