Soya mince, ground flaxseeds, and almond flour are used to make these paleo and vegan-friendly plant-based hamburgers. For a flavorful and satisfying meal, they are seasoned with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and oregano. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato and avocado slices for a nutritious and tasty meal.

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Combine the soya mince, ground flaxseeds, almond flour, onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make four patties out of the mixture.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a skillet.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve each patty on a lettuce leaf with a tomato and avocado slice on the side.
