Paleo Pizza Crust with Salmon and Avocado Recipe

This gluten-free and grain-free Paleo pizza crust is made with almond and tapioca flour. It's a delicious and healthy twist on traditional pizza, topped with smoked salmon and avocado.

Ingredients

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine almond flour, tapioca flour, sea salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the olive oil and eggs until a dough forms.
  • Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and press it into a 12-inch circle with your hands.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned and firm to the touch.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  • Serve with sliced avocado and smoked salmon on top of the crust.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is warm and the avocado has browned slightly.
  • Serve immediately after slicing.
