Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • In the skillet, sauté the diced onion, bell pepper, and tomato until the vegetables are tender.
  • Cook until the ground beef is browned in the skillet.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Allow the beef mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Place one cabbage leaf on a flat surface and top with a kale leaf to make the wraps.
  • Spoon some of the beef mixture into the kale leaf's center.
  • Fold the cabbage leaf sides over the beef mixture and roll up tightly.
  • Make 6 wraps with the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve the wraps right away or chill until ready to eat.
